It was love at first bite with only a dozen round pieces of cinnamon caramel flavored heaven. I had ordered the Vegan Cinnamon Bundt Cake cookies as a last minute valentines gift to myself. And it didn't take long for me fall in love love with these treats.

With February also being Black History & Black Futures Month, I consciously bought my desserts from a Black woman owned vegan cookie company: The Sweet Evannlution. Evann, from whom her company gets its name, makes dozens of soft cookie batches with 100% plant based ingredients.
